These resources are to guide Victorian Public Sector organisations in handling and reviewing complaints and grievances in accordance with their responsibilities from the Victorian Public Sector Employment Principles.
VPSC has a role in actively supporting VPS employees (of departments, administrative offices and certain organisations as specificed in Section 16 of the PAA) to pursue a Review of Actions.
Public Sector organisation are also encouraged to follow this model in order to meet their obligation to their employees, particularly the Employment Standards requirement for Reasonable Avenue of Redress.
