The Succession Risk Management Toolkit provides a framework for assisting senior leaders across the Victorian public sector to identify and mitigate succession risks.

The toolkit is not prescriptive; rather, it presents strategies that can be incorporated easily into an organisation’s everyday management activities. The key task of succession risk management is conducting regular and structured discussions. The toolkit provides the basis for this activity.
