Search by attributes
This list shows seven attributes for each employer.
Employer type
Whether the employer is part of the public service or the wider public sector. You can use this to identify:
- access to the Jobs and Skills Exchange (JSE)
- transfer of personnel arrangements
- re-employment restrictions for voluntary departure packages.
Public sector body type
How the agency is defined under the Public Administration Act 2004.
Industry and subgroup
The primary activities the employer focuses on.
Portfolio department
The public service department each employer is associated with.
Executive pay policy
The employment and remuneration policy that applies to executives in that agency.
Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal (VIRT) determination
The VIRT remuneration band which applies to executives in that agency.
