CHANGE OF NAME OF A DEPARTMENT
Order in Council
By Order in Council made on 30 March 2005, a number of Departments were established under section 10 of the Public Administration Act 2004 effective on 5 April 2005.
The Governor in Council, under section 10 of the Public Administration Act 2004 now changes the name of the Department listed in column 1 of the Table to the name listed in column 2 of the Table:–
