Public Administration Act 2004
DECLARED AUTHORITIES
The Governor in Council, pursuant to section 104 of the Public Administration Act 2004:
- declares the authorities listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Order to be declared authorities;
- specifies the persons or bodies listed in Column 2 of that Schedule in relation to each declared authority be specified to have the functions of public service body Head in relation to the declared authority; and
- specifies the provisions of the Public Administration Act 2004 listed in Column 3 of that Schedule in relation to each declared authority be specified as applying to the declared authority.
This order is effective from 5 April 2005.
