ORDER ESTABLISHING MENTAL HEALTH REFORM VICTORIA AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Order in Council
The Governor in Council, under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 establishes Mental Health Reform Victoria as an Administrative Office in relation to the Department of Health and Human Services.
This Order comes into effect on 3 February 2020.
