ORDER CHANGING DEPARTMENT IN RELATION TO WHICH AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE IS ESTABLISHED
Order in Council
The Governor in Council, under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004, makes an Order to change the Department in relation to which the Office of the Victorian Government Architect is established from the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
This Order comes into effect on the date the Order is gazetted.
