ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VICTORIAN SKILLS AUTHORITY AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Order in Council
The Governor in Council under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004, establishes
the Victorian Skills Authority as an administrative office in relation to the Department of Education and Training.
This Order comes into effect on 1 July 2021.
