ORDER RELATING TO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES

Order in Council

The Governor in Council by Order made under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 –

  1. abolishes the Environment Protection Authority as an Administrative Office; and
  2. amends the Order in Council made on 8 November 2016 under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to change the Department in relation to which the Latrobe Valley Authority is established from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.

This Order comes into effect on 1 January 2019.
