ORDER RELATING TO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES

Order in Council

The Governor in Council by Order made under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004:

  • amends the Order in Council made on 5 December 2006 under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to change the Department in relation to which Public Records Office Victoria is established from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Government Services;
  • amends the Order in Council made on 19 June 2018 (effective 1 July 2018) under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to change the Department in relation to which Service Victoria is established from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Government Services;
  • amends the Order in Council made on 18 October 2011 (effective 24 October 2011) under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to change the Department in relation to which the Office of the Victorian Government Architect is established from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Transport and Planning;
  • amends the Order in Council made on 8 December 2018 under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to change the Department in relation to which Invest Victoria is established from the Department of Treasury and Finance to the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions; and
  • amends the Order in Council made on 29 June 2021 (effective 1 July 2021) under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to change the Department in relation to which Victorian Skills Authority is established from the Department of Education and Training to the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions.

This Order comes into effect on 1 January 2023.
