PROCLAMATION OF COMMENCEMENT
I, John Landy, Governor of Victoria, with the advice of the Executive Council and under section 2(1) of the Public Administration Act 2004, fix –
a) 4 April 2005 as the day on which the remaining provisions of Part 1 of that Act and Division 1 of Part 4 of that Act come into operations;
b) 5 April 2005 as the day on which the remaining provisions of that Act, except Part 5, come into operation, and
c) 1 July 2005 as the day on which Part 5 of that Act comes into operation.
