PROCLAMATION OF COMMENCEMENT
1, John Landy, Governor of Victoria, with the advice of the Executive Council and under section 2(1) of thePublic Administration Act 2004, fix 21 December 2004 as the day on which section 1 and 2 and Part 9 of that Act come into operation.
