The Premier approved our Strategic Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Public Administration Act 2004.

Our Strategic Plan will be implemented over 3 financial years from 2020 to 2021 to 2022 to 2023.

We will work to achieve 4 outcomes:

  1. an integrated and future-focused public sector
  2. an inclusive, high-performing and engaged workforce
  3. empowering and engaged leaders
  4. Victorians trust the public sector

We will focus our work on 4 priorities:

  1. promote workforce reform
  2. support a positive employee experience
  3. develop outstanding leadership
  4. promote public trust

The Strategic Plan is supported by the Annual Plan 2020 to 2021, which maps what we’ll do in the first 12 months. We will share our progress in our annual report and performance measurement framework.
