As Victoria’s largest employer, it’s also important the Victorian government sets the standard as a model employer for the whole community.

Our Accessibility Action Plan 2019 to 2022 (DOCX, 4.06MB) sets out how we’ll achieve this vision with 5 key focus areas.

Our plan builds on existing initiatives so we can be an employer that’s accessible and inclusive.

The plan is also a key action area of the Getting to Work – Victorian Public Sector Disability Action Plan 2018-2025.

While we take pride in our high rates of representation of people with disability at the Commission, we know we can do more.
