VPSC first released the Integrity Strategy in 2016.
The strategy was developed to guide VPSC’s work in strengthening integrity and promoting sustained community and government trust in the Victorian public sector. It articulated the target behaviours VPSC is seeking to encourage in the public sector and set out a number of initiatives to strengthen integrity.
During 2016, VPSC’s work in this area focused on reinforcing the organisational systems that enable and support integrity, including issuing codes, guidance, frameworks and policies.
The 2016 strategy has now been superceded by the 2017 Integrity Strategy. This includes more details on VPSC’s progress to date and the focus of VPSC’s work in this area in 2017.
