With the annual People matter survey underway across the Victorian public sector, Commissioner Brigid Monagle has shared via video message the importance of participating in the survey.
The People matter survey is the Victorian public sector’s independent employee opinion survey.
The Victorian Public Sector Commission runs the survey to support public sector organisations build positive workplace cultures consistent with the public sector values and improve the working environment for their employees.
