- Explaining the nature of conflict of interest and duty using short case studies to illustrate key points
- Providing guidance on organisation functions and relationships that are most likely to present a conflict of interest or duty risk
- Explaining directors’ core obligations and the sources of those obligations, including the Public Administration Act 2004 and the Code of conduct for directors of Victorian public entities
- Suggesting processes and procedures to assist directors to comply with their obligations
