ORDER DECLARING THE STATE OWNED ENTERPRISE FOR IRRIGATION MODERNISATION IN NORTHERN VICTORIA TO BE A DECLARED AUTHORITY AND SPECIFYING OTHER MATTERS
Order in Council
The Lieutenant-Governor, as the Governor’s Deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council under section 104(2) of the Public Administration Act 2004 (Act), upon the request of the Ministers responsible under section 104(3)(e) –
- declares the State Owned Enterprise for Irrigation Modernisation in Northern Victoria (State Owned Enterprise) to be a declared authority; and
- specifies that the Chief Executive Officer of the State Owned Enterprise is to have the functions of a public service body Head in relation to that declared authority; and
- specifies that sections 4, 28, 30 and 31 of the Act are to apply to that declared authority.
This Order comes into effect on the date on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
