About Nyanak Lotjpa ‘We all talk’

Using the Innovation Network digital platform, Nyanak Lotjpa ‘We all talk’ is a First Peoples staff network supporting connection and development opportunities for First Nations employees working across the Victorian public sector.

Developed by First Nations staff, for First Nations staff, members of the network can connect, share and learn from each other through digital and in-person events, as well as share career development opportunities and job vacancies, and provide input into future employment initiatives.

The network complements other First Peoples staff networks from within the Victorian public service and across the public sector.

How to join

1. Create an Innovation Network account

You’ll need an Innovation Network account to access the online group. If you don’t have an Innovation Network account, you can create one by following the instructions on this link.

Note: if you have any issues signing up to the Innovation Network platform, please contact us directly at FirstPeoplesWorkforce@vpsc.vic.gov.au.

2. Request to join

Once you’ve created an account, visit the Nyanak Lotjpa ‘We all talk’ group page and request membership by clicking on ‘Request+’.

You’ll receive an email notification once the First Peoples Workforce Development Unit has approved your membership.

3. Introduce yourself

Once your membership has been approved, introduce yourself in the group’s welcome discussion thread.
