ORDER ABOLISHING AND RENAMING DEPARTMENTS
Order in Council
Public Administration Act 2004
The Governor in Council under section 10 of the Public Administration Act 2004:
- abolish the following Departments –
- Department of Human Services; and
- Department of Transport, Planning and Local Infrastructure; and
- change the name of each Department listed in Column 1 of the Table below to the name of the Department listed in Column 2 of the Table.

The order came into effect 1 January 2015 (inclusive)
