Public Administration Act 2004

DECLARED AUTHORITIES

The Lieutenant-Governor, having assumed the administration of the government of the State, with the advice of the Executive Council, pursuant to section 104 of the Public Administration Act 2004 (the Act):

1. declares the authorities listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Order to be declared authorities;
2. specifies the persons or bodies listed in Column 2 of that Schedule in relation to each declared authority be specified to have the functions of public service body Head in relation to the declared authority; and
3. specifies the provisions of the Act listed in Column 3 of that Schedule in relation to each declared authority and all remaining provisions in the Act other than those in Part 3 of the Act to apply to the declared authority.

This Order repeals the Order in Council made pursuant to section 104 of the Act and dated 30 March 2005.

This order is effective from 14 April 2005
