DECLARATION OF CENITEX TO BE A DECLARED AUTHORITY

Order in Council

The Governor, pursuant to section 104 of the Public Administration Act 2004:

1. declares Cenitex to be a declared authority;
2. specifies the board of Cenitex as having the functions of a public service body Head in relation to Cenitex; and
3. specifies that all the provisions of the Public Administration Act 2004 other than sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19 and 29 apply to Cenitex.

This Order is effective from the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette.
