APPLICATION OF DIVISION 2 OF PART 5
Order in Council
The Lieutenant-Governor, as the Governor’s deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, under section 75(a) of the Public Administration Act 2004 (‘the Act’), applies Division 2 of Part 5 of the Act to the following public entities established before the commencement of Part 5:
- Centre for Adult Education; and
- Adult Multicultural Education Service.
This Order is effective from the date on which it is made.
