APPLICATION OF DIVISION 2 OF PART 5
Order in Council
The Governor in Council, under section 75(a) of the Public Administration Act 2004 (‘the Act’), applies Division 2 of Part 5 of the Act to the following public entity established before the commencement of Part 5:
- Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission
This Order is effective as and from 1 October 2009.
