What your comparator group is

Your comparator group is a list of similar organisations to yours.

We try to make sure they’re in the same industry your organisation is in. This is so you can compare your organisation’s results to the average in your industry or across similar organisations. 

Some organisations may not have taken part in the survey previously. This means your comparator group may be different to previous years.
