  • 77.1% of respondents who worked from an alternative location said they were satisfied with their work life balance 
  • 63.8% of respondents who didn’t use any flexible work arrangements said they were satisfied with their work life balance. 

Flexible arrangements most commonly used by public sector respondents:

  • 32% work from an alternative location such as home, a hub or shared workspace
  • 25% have flexible start and finish times
  • 22% work part-time.
