Experiences of sexual harassment:

  • rose to 5.9% of employees from 5.7% in 2023.

Among the employees who experienced sexual harassment:

  • 44.9% were harassed by a colleague
  • 40.6% were harassed by clients, customers, patients or stakeholders
  • sexually suggestive comments, intrusive questions or comments on physical appearance, and inappropriate physical contact were the most common types.
