Public Administration Act 2004
DEPARTMENTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
The Governor in Council, pursuant to sections 10 and 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 – Establishes the following Departments:
- Department of Education and Training
- Department of Human Services
- Department of Infrastructure
- Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development
- Department of Justice
- Department of Sustainability and Environment
- Department of Primary Industries
- Department of Premier and Cabinet
- Department of Treasury and Finance
- Department for Victorian Communities
Establishes the Administrative Offices listed in column 2 of the Table below in relation to the Departments listed in column 1 of that Table:
