Aboriginal cultural capability toolkit

Supports public sector workplaces to build their capability to attract, recruit, retain, support and develop Aboriginal staff at all levels.

    Strengthening the cultural capability of managers and staff, as well as the cultural safety of public sector workplaces for Aboriginal employees.

    Cultural capability is a broad term that encompasses cultural awareness, cultural safety and cultural competence.

    Without self-determination it is not possible to fully overcome the legacy of colonisation and dispossession.
