DECLARATION OF OFFICE TO WHICH PART 4 APPLIES
I, John Mansfield Brumby, Premier of Victoria, declare that the Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority is an office to which Part 4 of the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994 applies. This declaration is made pursuant to section 3 of the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994.
Under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004, on 11 February 2009 the Governor in Council established the Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority as an Administrative Office in relation to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
This declaration is made after consulting with the Administrative Office Head, Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority.
This declaration takes effect on the date on which it is made.
