ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE

The Lieutenant-Governor, having assumed the administration of the government of the State, with the advice of the Executive Council, pursuant to section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 –

establishes the Administrative Office listed in column 2 of the Table below in relation to the Department listed in column 1 of that Table:
