Public Administration Act 2004
EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT
The Governor in Council, pursuant to sections 23(1)(d) and 23(2) of the Public Administration Act 2004:
(a) Declares the type of employment listed in Column 3 of the Schedule to the Order to be employment as an executive; and
(b) Specifies that the person or body listed in Column 2 of the Schedule to the Order to be the employer of the person who is employed in the type of employment listed in Column 3.
This order is effective from 5 April 2005.
