ORDER ABOLISHING BUSHFIRE RECOVERY VICTORIA AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Order in Council
The Lieutenant-Governor, as the Governor’s deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, by Order made under section 11(b) of the Public Administration Act 2004 abolishes Bushfire Recovery Victoria as an Administrative Office in relation to the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
This Order comes into effect on 18 October 2022.
