ORDER DECLARING THE CONSUMER POLICY RESEARCH CENTRE NOT TO BE A PUBLIC ENTITY
Order in Council
The Governor in Council under section 5(2) of the Public Administration Act 2004 declares that the Consumer Policy Research Centre is not a public entity for the purposes of that Act.
This Order comes into effect at 9.00 am on 1 May 2024.
