The Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC) promotes careers in public administration, improve the way job candidates are sourced and recruited to ensure the public sector has the skills it needs.


  • First Peoples (Aboriginal) workforce | Barring Djinang

    Barring Djinang is the First Peoples Workforce Development Strategy for the Victorian public sector.

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultural capability toolkit

    Supports public sector workplaces to build their capability to attract, recruit, retain, support and develop Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander staff at all levels.

  • Disability employment

    People with disability need to be at the centre of the public service, leaders in government, leaders in community and on public boards. Workplace accessibility makes this possible.
