ORDER ABOLISHING THE LATROBE VALLEY AUTHORITY AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Order in Council
The Governor in Council under section 11(b) of the Public Administration Act 2004 abolishes the Latrobe Valley Authority as an Administrative Office in relation to the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions.
This Order comes into effect at 10:00 am on 1 March 2025.
