There are different levels of cultural awareness and capability across public sector organisations.

We are focusing on ensuring workplaces are culturally safe and supportive.

Expected outcomes:

  • Increased cultural capability in public sector workforce and systems
  • Aboriginal employees’ expectations of the public sector are more likely to be met
  • Public officials and employers are more likely to meet responsibilities relating to Aboriginal employment
