ORDER SPECIFYING OFFICE HOLDER WITH FUNCTIONS OF PUBLIC SERVICE BODY HEAD
Order in Council
The Governor in Council, under section 16(3) of the Public Administration Act 2004 (the Act), for the purposes of paragraph (1) of section 16(1) of the Act, specifies the following office holder and the following office in relation to that office holder:
- the Commissioner of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission in relation to the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.
This Order is effective as and from 1 October 2009.
