ORDER SPECIFYING OFFICE HOLDER WITH FUNCTIONS OF PUBLIC SERVICE BODY HEAD
Order in Council
The Governor in Council, under section 16(3) of the Public Administration Act 2004 (Act), for the purposes of paragraph (l) of section 16(1) of the Act, specifies the following office holder and the following office in relation to that office holder:
the Chairperson of the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation in relation to the office of the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
This Order is effective from 7 February 2012.
