Eligibility for one of these programs

To apply for one of our Aboriginal employment or career support programs you must:

• be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
• identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and
• be accepted as such in the community in which you live, or have lived.

• First Peoples pathway to Victorian Government graduate program

  The First Peoples pathway to the Victorian Government graduate program started in 2013 and provides an entry-level pathway for First Nations university graduates into the Victorian public service.

• Barring Djinang leadership program

  This program builds and supports leadership skills for First Nations employees within the Victorian public sector and community.

• Nyanak Lotjpa: First Peoples Staff Network

  Nyanak Lotjpa ‘We all talk’ is a First Peoples staff network supporting connection and development opportunities for First Nations employees across the public sector.
