ORDER RELATING TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Order in Council
The Governor in Council under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 amends the Order in Council made on 20 June 2017 (effective from 22 June 2017) under section 11 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to change the Department in relation to which Family Safety Victoria is established from the Department of Health and Human Services to the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
This Order comes into effect on 1 February 2021.
