PROCLAMATION OF COMMENCEMENT
I, David de Kretser, Governor of Victoria, with the advice of the Executive Council and under section 2 of the Public Administration Amendment Act 2009, fix 8 July 2009 as the day on which Part 2 of that Act comes into operation.
