It helps you set contract terms and standards so the provider’s services are:
- disability confident
- culturally appropriate.
This includes staff who:
- identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- have disability
- identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer or questioning
- have diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- are older
- live in regional and remote locations.
